 In my opinion, you don't get the full out of a game unless you use the cheats for it. No, really. Why? Well, I do some programming and I know that hidden bits of programs can be really hard to make, so we ought to appreciate the creators' efforts and use these as best we can. (It also makes the game easier.)

To use these, go into a city, and press Ctrl+Shift+Alt+C, type it in, and press Return.

i am weak = everything becomes free
i love red tape = changes the time to 1900
call cousin vinnie = loads of cash - see the meet window
zyxwvu = refuse vinnie for SimCity castle
garbage in, garbage out = all garbage buildings available
power to the masses = all power plants available
water in the desert = all water plants available
pay tribute to your king = all gifts and rewards
let's make a deal = all petitioners
stop forcing advice = shuts up advisors
force ___ to say ___ = forces an advisor to say something
salt on/salt off = turns all water salty / not salty
